Ideal for sales and marketing ops

Every Moment of Delight, tracked to the meeting it created.

You're the one who has to make physical outreach work alongside everything else in the stack. DelightLoop runs gifts, letters, email and LinkedIn from one place, with budgets, approvals and address data you can trust.

What we hear from sales and marketing ops teams

Less to stitch together. More you can measure.

OrchestrationI need one place to run physical and digital touches.
A live sequence showing people at each step

Digital and physical, choreographed as one experience.

The problem

Today the gift lives in one tool, the sequence in another and the landing page in a third. Getting them to fire in the right order is your job, and it's fragile.

How we help

Delight Outreach puts email, LinkedIn, letters and gifts in one sequence with one goal. Each step waits on the last, pauses when someone replies, and never ships to someone who already booked.

Proof

Every step shows who's there, who's waiting and who left the play.

MeasurementI need to see what every send cost and what it produced.
Channel results with bookings per channel

Cost and outcome, side by side.

The problem

Gifting spend is easy to see and hard to tie back to anything. When finance asks what it bought, “influenced pipeline” isn't a satisfying answer.

How we help

Each campaign shows spend per channel next to the outcome it produced: deliveries, Moments of Delight, replies and meetings, down to which nudge got the booking.

Proof

See which nudge led to each booking, by channel.

GuardrailsI need guardrails on budget, approvals and address data.
Gift step settings with limits and address confirmation

Spend stays in check. Every gift finds the right door.

The problem

Physical outreach touches budgets, personal data and shipping. One bad export can mean gifts to the wrong address or spend nobody approved.

How we help

Set gift limits per step and per campaign. Addresses come from GDPR-compliant sources, and most are confirmed by the recipient, who opts in before anything ships. No balance to prefund.

Proof

Recipients confirm their own address, with reminders before anything ships.

Why gifting alone stops short

Gifting ships a box. We create a moment.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Can our AI agents trigger nudges?
Yes. The Nudge MCP lets Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible agent find recipients, pick a gift from your catalog, confirm the address and launch a nudge or campaign, with a confirmation step before anything ships.
How do you handle addresses and privacy?
Addresses come from GDPR-compliant sources. Most are confirmed by recipients themselves, who opt in before a nudge ships. You can require confirmation for every recipient.
How do we control spend?
Set gift limits per step and per campaign, and approve budgets before launch. There's no balance to prefund and no lock-in. Plans are on the pricing page.
Can DelightLoop send alerts to Slack?
Yes. Moments of Delight, such as a gift claimed, a QR scanned, a page visited or a meeting booked, alert the account owner in a Slack channel or by email in real time. Each one also creates a follow-up task in the rep's Task queue with the context to act on, and is written to the contact and the deal in your CRM.
Does DelightLoop integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio?
Yes. It reads accounts and contacts from your CRM and writes every Moment of Delight back to the contact and the deal. The rest of your stack connects through Claude and the Nudge MCP.
How do I attribute direct mail to pipeline?
Record engagement per person, not per send: delivered, scanned, visited, replied, booked. DelightLoop writes each step to the contact and the deal in your CRM, so direct mail appears in the same multi-touch reports as your other channels.
Is it legal to send gifts to prospects under GDPR?
Yes, with a lawful basis and a right to object. DelightLoop uses GDPR-compliant address sources, and most recipients confirm their own address on an opt-in page before anything ships.
What is the IRS limit on deductible business gifts?
In the US, the deduction for business gifts is capped at $25 per recipient per tax year; incidental costs like engraving and shipping don't count toward it. Check your own gift policy too, which is often stricter.
